You may return all unused items purchased at Kindle Business Solutions LLC Online Store within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of $5. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item, accompanied by a copy of the purchase order and a copy of the payment transaction as sent by the Online shop.

The following items may not be returned: Used books, DVDs out of their original covers, other perishables.

Kindle Business solutions will not be liable and shall not return or provide a credit note for any item that was damaged while being shipped back to us (these should be settled with the insurer) or items that were copied or scanned in an unlawful way in accordance with copyrights and IP rights of the creators / authors or publishers of the products sold in the online store.
